Novateck has been in the flooring business since 1982. First serving New York, and since 2003 serving South Florida from our Delray Beach location. Novateck on-line is one more way to serve you with same professionalism and quality that you have come to expect from our team members. What this means to you as a customer is that Novateck will not liquidate flooring, or any other products on line. Our on line store will function just as if you walked into our showroom.
All products will come from the mill, or the distributor who represents the mill. Novateck does not purchase containers of liquidated, defective or phased out products. All orders are placed using the customers’ last name as a side mark in order to guarantee that the Manufacturer’s Warranty will be fully effective since they will know exactly what lot was sold, and to whom it was sold to. If there is ever a problem with your ten years or more warranty this information will play a very important role in your favor.
Flooring is one of the most expensive components in the construction business, making sure you receive a product worthy of your investment is our mission. For your benefit, Novateck also offers assistance through a toll free number and email to all customers, including those who are installing themselves. Through this number and email we will help you every step of the way, offering advice and tips directly from professionals.
